One of our main objectives when we began Farmer & Dyer was to establish a greater prominence in the Caversham area for land sales and new homes, that could be backed up by a thorough local knowledge and a strong local presence in the immediate area.

We have now successfully sold several plots of land, with or without planning, and have the capability and experience to sell the new homes at the end of the whole process. Below is a selection of recent sales.
